International Standard Shipping

Our warehouse will choose the most cost effective carrier based upon your location. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and times for Standard Shipping. Tax is not included in this shipping method.

International Express Shipping

For some countries, there is an option to choose the Express Shipping instead of Standard Shipping. The times of delivery will be much shorter. At the same time, taxes is included by choosing the Express Shipping.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery - please contact the carrier with your tracking number if you experience any delays. You will be emailed by the carrier with your tracking number.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant and verified by our warehouse. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this web site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

VAT Fees, duties and taxes

We will not responsible for VAT fees, duties and taxes charged to customers. VAT fees, duties and taxes for international customers are charged once your product(s) arrive in your country of destination. National tax authorities assess taxes and duties from citizens based on their laws and jurisdictions. We cannot determine VAT fees, duties and taxes when you place your order.

 

Return Policy

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from celestialtribe.com!

 

If you aren't, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund (original shipping costs and return shipping is paid by customer) as long as the following conditions are met:

 

1. You are still within the first 7 days of your order being delivered.

2. There must be some apparent defects or the conformity (hardware defects) of the delivered products.  

 

The wording about the developing stage of the product on Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and other websites may not be updated or a correct description of mass-produced product. Please refer to this website for the description of the product. There will be no return with regard to the misunderstanding about the functionalities of the product from third parties. If you have any questions about the products on our website, please contact us by inboxing info@celestialtribe.com.

Please get in touch with us by inboxing info@celestialtribe.com if you'd like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund (once our warehouse receives the returned order). Please allow up to 5 -7 business days for the refund to fully process. Thanks!
